I offer a FREE 15 min telephone or online consultation to all clients so you can decide if hypnotherapy and I am the right service/person to help you with your presenting issue. During that time we can have a relaxed chat so I can answer any questions you may have about hypnotherapy and to ensure I can help you before making and securing an hypnotherapy appointment with me in person or online. For smoking/vaping cessation I offer a FREE 30 min consultation.
